Hardy School Designated as Landmark

On March 28, 2019, the DC Historic Preservation Review Board officially designated the Rose
Lees Hardy School a historic landmark and the building was added to the DC
Inventory of Historic Sites. Three members of the FCCA Board, Paul Donvito, Bob
Avery and Ann Haas were in attendance at the hearing. There was no one there
in opposition.

For more, read the PDF of the nomination at DC.gov planning.

Excellent testimony from Ann Haas in support can be read here.
